- No option for no music.

- No option for how much motivation is needed during the workout.

- Apple Watch compatibility rarely works.

- Auto renewed and took money without permission.

App crashes after a few seconds. All other music apps stay on after screen returns to Home Screen after 15 seconds but FitRadio (the app I use the most) doesn’t continue playing music. I never had this issue before so it is truly sad. I’ve deleted, reinstalled, and updated both iPhone and watch but nothing has solved the issue. Any ideas?

I cant get Fit Radio to come on at all.

Fit radio as of today only works with wifi. When I go to my data it says it can't connect. All other similar apps and similar services on my phone work fine.

How to fix Fit Radio app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Fit Radio app on iPhone
Update Fit Radio app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Fit Radio iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Fit Radio on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Fit Radio network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fit Radio Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Fit Radio not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Fit Radio App
1. On android, goto Settings » Fit Radio » click [Force Stop]

Update Fit Radio to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Fit Radio App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Fit Radio » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Fit Radio.

Fix Fit Radio unable to contact server/ Fit Radio internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Fit Radio » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Fit Radio » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Fit Radio
