I’ve been a FITRADIO subscriber for 5+ years. It’s inexcusable that every time I try to load a playlist on the Apple Watch, it doesn’t work properly. Or if I happen to be lucky and get it to work once, it errors out next time I try to run outside with the playlist. I rarely even use the service now as I’m more regularly using Peloton at home and don’t run outside as much. But I keep subscribing because I enjoy the mixes on the occasions that I run outside. But I’m always disappointed that the Apple Watch compatibility basically never works. We’re talking random sampling of trying to use it over years, and it has never been easy and extremely rarely functional. I’m on the latest iOS, Apple Watch, and FITRADIO software today. I click on the Send to Apple Watch button and nothing happens. Get it together folks. This is pathetic.

Signed up for one year and one year ONLY. They auto renewed and took money without my permission. Never sent me a notification or anything just woke up and was out of $60 I didn’t authorize. Now I’m going to have to file with the BBB because customer service refuses to give my money back. Avoid at all costs!!! Update to their bs response! ***This was not purchased through Apple. This was purchased through fit radio website and it does not say anything about an auto renewing subscription. Company lies and steals, just check the BBB ratings and other negative reviews. This isn’t the first nor the last time they will do this. Customer service are arrogant jerks and they’ll tell you on FB they’ll contact you but they won’t and then they’ll just delete your posts because they know they’re wrong!!

If I could give them a negative star review, I most certainly would. I tried out the service for 6 months and decided it wasn’t for me so, I canceled it in Nov of 2017. This week, I get an email asking for my payment. Told them I canceled it Nov 8,2017 (I looked it up) and that I owed them no payment. Received email back that I would have to reach out to Apple and get them the cancelation from last year. Let them know that they didn’t receive payment cause it was canceled and I had no intention of running around to get them the cancellation they received last year. That was between them & Apple. Being harassed for a week for a payment they didn’t receive cause I canceled the service a year ago is beyond irritating and horribly unprofessional. Beware if you ever decide to cancel.
