Vitadock website not working, can’t register or use app

My vitadock app crashes on my new phone Samsung A32. It worked fine with my old one. Reinstalled several times with no result

When I set up my scales for the first time it only registered my weight. I managed to get it to measure my body fat, water content etc. later by setting it up again as Person 2. I tried to reset my vitadock+ smart scales so I registered as person 1, but my smart scales now thinks I am person 1 and person 2 so I have to tell it manually each time I use it that I am person 1. How can I reset the scales to the factory settings so that I can set it up again to automatically recognise me as Person 1 only?

Hello I installed the Vitadock+ application (2.9.12), opened an account, received the confirmation email. Click on the link to activate the account, given my username and password, then the app asks "authorize" and the web page does not open (ERR_UNKNOWN_URL_SCHEME), I desinstale and reinstall the application, wifi 4G, location are active, can you help me, thank you

Just bought the Medisana BU 540 connect. Upon installing the app, I can’t log in or even register. The app keeps saying “you don’t seem to be connected to the internet”. And that’s it, can’t do anything else. I am connected to the internet, wifi or cellular, it makes no difference. Please fix this, I bought this one especially for the smart features and the Bluetooth connection and app……..
