I get the same “Temporarily Unavailable’ Due to technical difficulties your information is not available. Please try again later.’” Followed by a “Close” I have tried my face ID and name/password … I get the same Temporarily Unavailable message. However, I can enter my accounts through the Fidelity web site and my browser. I have been using NetBenfits for years. Is there a fix for this? I’ve made sure the app is updated and I have rebooted my phone. Again the Fidelity web site works but not the NetBenfits app. I need HELP
