- Features may be missing for school-dependent guides

- No hyper-local support for campus location and guidance

- Need additional maps

- Need parent version for college tours

- Need list of potential auxiliary events with potential for colleges to give passes within app

- Food places should have ability to coordinate with colleges to offer reservations and deals within app

How to fix Guidebook app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Guidebook app on iPhone
Update Guidebook app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Guidebook iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Guidebook on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Guidebook network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Guidebook Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Guidebook not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Guidebook App
1. On android, goto Settings » Guidebook » click [Force Stop]

Update Guidebook to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Guidebook App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Guidebook » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Guidebook.

Fix Guidebook unable to contact server/ Guidebook internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Guidebook » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Guidebook » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
