I try and download files to my phone and not long after it starts downloading, it returns back to the main screen… What’s going on with it ??,
DeaR SIR OR MADAM, PLEASE HELP! I’ve been using WeTransfer for years, AND IT’S BEEN GREAT UNTIL NOW!! I had to remove the app due to the size of some videos I mistakenly shot in ProRez. Since I removed the app from my IPad and then downloaded a fresh copy and I even changed my password. Everything seemed to go right in the download. But when I try to log on it keeps giving me the message, “SOMETHING WENT WRONG.” But it doesn’t specify what the problem is. PLEASE HELP AS I NEED TO SHARE SOME OF MY VIDEOS WITH MY EXTENDED FAMILY. I signed up through google and do not want to use my google e-mail address for my account address. How do I change it?
