About a couple of weeks ago, it just refused to connect. I tried re-installing it a couple of times, still won't connect. I didn't change any settings or ad any apps. Been in contact with them and they've been trying to help. I can run other apps on my Bluetooth (YouTube). I've been able to run Jango through the Chrome browser, but that gets squirrelly sometimes. Pretty much out ideas now.

hello, the app will not open. then, i unistalled, and reinstalled, and it will not install completely. what can i do?

Galaxy A5 .App worked untl recently , I have uninstalled and re installed fresh download . I have cleared cache and data from app , checked that no ad blocker was /is active and checked that power saving is switched off . App loads up but when I play an artist window announcing that app has stopped working comes up . I retry but fault persists . Can you help as the app works on my Samsung I pads perfectly .
