How to fix CPF app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the CPF app on iPhone
Update CPF app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall CPF iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix CPF on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve CPF network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix CPF not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent CPF app issues:

Force Stop the CPF App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click CPF app. » click "Force Stop".

Update CPF to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear CPF App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "CPF app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch CPF.

Fix CPF unable to contact server/ CPF internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click CPF » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got CPF » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch CPF on android.
