App crashes and won't open

I keep trying to set up my account and i get to the set up your password part and every time I get an "error" message. I've tried deleting app, turning off my phone and restarting, i've tried for 3 days, no luck. SUPER FRUSTRATING

Cannot refill or access my prescriptions . App says they are all either inactive or expired. This keeps happening. What gives?

Hi, I’ve been using the RX local app for some time and it worked very well for a long time. Now, however, for the last month or so, it continually logs me out so that I have to always be logging in every time I want to message the pharmacy. It used to remain open so that I could just go to the app and message. Is there someway to fix this?

My RX Local app just plain will not work anymore. Need help.

My account works fine. I'm trying to add my husband as another patient that already uses this pharmacy, but he does not have a I-phone.

I been trying to add my husband to my account. He has used my pharmacy for a long time. Pharmacy is unable to add him to my APP. I keep getting the message that this is not working. Been trying for two months.

The portal has all info except the meds and refill info.

The app isn’t showing any medications under the refill tab for me or my son yet shows medication on the medication list page. On the website, no medication shows up under my or my son’s name on the account.

Message states problem try later. I count on this app for my refills so I don’t have to sit around while they are filled. I know the app is a convenient tool, but now I’m up a creek with out the proverbial paddle!

The app won't let me reorder prescriptions it doesn't list them in the reorder part but they are listed on the list off medications

Neither the website nor the app allows a login. It will take the input account info. However, it will spin as if loading and then has an error message.

The app is not allowing me to create an account because it keeps giving me an error message whenever it tries to validate my phone number.

I’ve had an error message stating that my meds are inactive when I went to go refill them. It was like it yesterday May 8 and this morning.

When I try to go to refill med page it gives an error and says all my medications are inactive
