I keep trying to set up my account and i get to the set up your password part and every time I get an "error" message. I've tried deleting app, turning off my phone and restarting, i've tried for 3 days, no luck. SUPER FRUSTRATING

Hi, I’ve been using the RX local app for some time and it worked very well for a long time. Now, however, for the last month or so, it continually logs me out so that I have to always be logging in every time I want to message the pharmacy. It used to remain open so that I could just go to the app and message. Is there someway to fix this?

My account works fine. I'm trying to add my husband as another patient that already uses this pharmacy, but he does not have a I-phone.

Message states problem try later. I count on this app for my refills so I don’t have to sit around while they are filled. I know the app is a convenient tool, but now I’m up a creek with out the proverbial paddle!
The app won't let me reorder prescriptions it doesn't list them in the reorder part but they are listed on the list off medications
Neither the website nor the app allows a login. It will take the input account info. However, it will spin as if loading and then has an error message.
The app is not allowing me to create an account because it keeps giving me an error message whenever it tries to validate my phone number.
