I keep trying to set up my account and i get to the set up your password part and every time I get an "error" message. I've tried deleting app, turning off my phone and restarting, i've tried for 3 days, no luck. SUPER FRUSTRATING

Hi, I’ve been using the RX local app for some time and it worked very well for a long time. Now, however, for the last month or so, it continually logs me out so that I have to always be logging in every time I want to message the pharmacy. It used to remain open so that I could just go to the app and message. Is there someway to fix this?

Message states problem try later. I count on this app for my refills so I don’t have to sit around while they are filled. I know the app is a convenient tool, but now I’m up a creek with out the proverbial paddle!

Neither the website nor the app allows a login. It will take the input account info. However, it will spin as if loading and then has an error message.
