Cannot restart from level one have asked three times
When I tried to update the app., it started from the very beginning.
Split scene stuck at "Fix the clock face" on the foggy island. It just has them standing in front of the big clock but nothing progresses. It just keeps going on and on without anything happening. It is not frozen - they just do not complete the task. Thanks
My game works on all the extra games that is played for so many weeks but my levels to fix the castle up will not work I can push it and the curtain will not open. I do not have Facebook and if I have to start over I will just delete it. I have work too long to get this far. I am playing on a Kindle
game keeps crashing when expedition is selected. also, unable to sign onto facebook to save game. uninstalled and reinstalled game and solved the problem once, but now problem started back up again. uninstalling and reinstalling does not fix the problem.
Over the last few days, can't progress in the expedition
After accumulating enough stars and clicking in the action, the action request disappears but the requested action is not performed.
App says there is an update but when I click on Update, it doesn't go anywhere or do anything. Can't get to the game to play. Hoping the delay is removing the Fly High addition and those stupid Match 3 games. Main complaint at this point is the APP WON'T UPDATE!!!
Can you provide an option for those who want to play the original game without the Match-3 and how soon will we be able to go back to it without the Match-3, so I'll know when to reinstall it? Loved Manor Matters before all the Match-3 slowed me down and frustrated me from playing the game is why I uninstalled it.
Used to love Manor Matters and would play for hours. Last update inserted Fly High into the game which has ruined it for me. That’s not the type of game I wanted. Please tell me how I can delete Fly High and go back to the original game. Thank you.
I have been play the game for a long time. I am having a problem with the game it is not letting me go too the next stage. It is shuck and does not respond also flipping, unable to exist the game at all. I have deleted the game and downloaded it again and still having the same problem. Can you help to resolve this problem thank you.
After laying the musical tiles the game will not load
I’ve been happily playing manor matters for some time now & have been really enjoying it…but since the last update the game just sticks on one bit & wont do anything 😢 I’ve tried everything…please help
I'm stuck at the end of the musical section as well. Trying to skip the cut scene just runs forever with lines across the screen like trying to fast forward a video, but it doesn't stop. Can't actually get to gameplay

My game sain no connection rest my games are working how i fix this
Problem started last night and is still continuing this afternoon. I’ll be playing game and it freezes and then game closes out. Has happened about 8 times. Frustrating.
Game crashes after clicking on the orangery icon. I get the cut scene with Bill then it says to Tap the event icon with a green arrow indicating it. Cannot exit out do anything else but tap it, then the game crashes. Tried restarting and reinstalling but no dice. I've been having a lot of crashes for the last couple of months but can usually work around it, but not now. Am at a standstill and have been for over two days
