- Many of the hotels do not provide more than a grab and go breakfast and IF you do get more than that, then it is not the full normal menu.
- Don’t want you using an ink pen somebody else uses but with their gloves on.
- Will touch your DL and CC with the same gloves they just touched the previous customer’s cards with.
- App has multiple glitches.
- Customer service is non existent.
- Refuse to post low star reviews.
- Attempting to use the app to reserve some activities locally for my wife child and I to do while enjoying our stay.
- I’ve ran into more problems with this app than any I have EVER used.
- Tried making adjustments to the guests I’m bringing when attempting to make reservations but ever single time it resorts back to just 2 adults.
When I enter on ihg app the credit card payment the post code say not corect , it's been doing that for months , please can you fix this problem, I have reinstalled the app a few times and still not working
Have not been able to book on line now for several months. Have had to call Rewards customer service and ask they book the rooms. Sometimes take a long wait-sometimes not so long. Cannot even check on room availability and make any contact/ inquiry about available rooms/price. No information available. Will go to other hotels for satisfaction. bob c
The "Log-in" button does not work
The app will not let me book more than 2 days. I travel often for work and am a diamond elite member. Have gotten no help from tech support
it is since the updated version of the IHG app that I can no longer log in, they have been telling me so many stories for 2 months now, at this point I have to say that they have failed, and it is shameful that a customer service department does not take the time to address the problem at all. As, by now, so many things around the world have been falling by the wayside I would say that IHG too has decided to lose its customers and as a diamond elite customer I am disgusted by their attitude. It is time to abandon them, I cannot accept their disregard.
Cannot access the Mobile App. I verified credentials are correct on home computer, but the app on my phone disagrees. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the app, cleared my cache, several times. This is truly inconvenient when on the road traveling. Difficult to book next stays or verify info when arriving. Frustrated on last trip, ended up booking with another hotel for which their app works so conveniently. It looks like many other customers reporting the same issue. Not good for business! PLEASE FIX this bug! At least show a reply and suggest a work around. Thank you.

The app will not let me log in. I have logged in with my credentials on the website to verify my credentials are correct, the issue is with the app. The app has be updated recently, deleted and reinstalled and nothing works. I have booked my trip with Hilton due to this issue, it pains me due to my diamond elite status....has been too many issues for too long

I have had and used the app in the past. When I went to use it this last trip, it said I needed to download the new app. When I tried that, it said it was not compatible with my phone. It would seem your programmers should make this backward compatible. Everyone doesn't have the latest phone. I have Android 7 on mine.

Reservation 44375059. Needed hotel near Vancouver, Canada. Booked one nearby, arriving in Vancouver it works out to be one in the USA just across the border. I can not cross... Try to cancel it, app does not let me login. Even the reservation us not visible. Called with support, they told me I cannot cancel it as its to close to the check-in time so will lose my money. Did a new booking in Canada 42887099. Once again cannot see it in the app. Please refund 44375059, its not my fault I get booked in the USA, and if I try to cancel its impossible.. Continuously says “access denied” or if using App “email not recognized”. This is on my iPhone. On a computer it works.
Have been on phone with customer service 4 times, about 2 hours of my time. The issue is I cannot sign into IHG mobil app. No problem with my home computer. Have unistalled and reinstalled app 4 times. Have restet my password 4 times. When I try to sign in it says Yhe login credentials you entered are invalid.
Since app was updated i can not use app on mobile or tablet as all it says is not compatable with devices As a member for years and having no problems but now it wont update at all Not happy
