I downloaded the app; however, I can't sign up for Drive wise or see any information about my policy. I get a message that an error ocurred on your side.
I put my phone in the cup holder and drive 35 minutes and park. Come back 4 hours later and drive home. Phone never left the cup holder. The only trip recorded is the first one. The return trip is not recorded.
Drivewise is not recording all my trips. Missing 2 short trips from yesterday. Missing a 99 mile trip from today and showing 2 short trips today that were part of the 99 miles. Something wrong with the app?
Not working and keeps saying not compatible . Try to download again nothing.
I installed Drivewise about 6 months ago and it was working fine. Now, it says it is not compatible with my version. I can only guess it means the version of my phone. It is a Motorola.
Can’t open app for days
Have been enrolled since week-end. Have since spoken to both Laquandia and Naomi at the Drive Wise technical division of Allstate in an effort to get it working...to no avail. CJ in my agents' office said to wait another day or two for my (many) trips to kick in. Seems to me they have some racket going offering customers 10% discount on sign up providing the trips are logged yet nobody there can fix so that the trips get logged. Maybe I shouldn't have been so hasty to leave Progressive.
Cannot log into Allstate Rewards. Says there is a problem with username and/or password. I am able to log into Allstate check account, etc. Why can't I log into Allstate rewards?
Allstate Drivewise is not starting when I take a trip and drive while the phone app is signed in, so therefore Allstate cannot detect a trip, and no benefits will be sent. It worked for the month of September 2022.
