DB Navigator 24.11.0 and the previous version systematically crash when I try to list my current journeys (no problem on the DB web site). My phone is a Samsung Galaxy S8. Same Problem on a Xiaomi Redmi. The order numbers displayed in the error message are the actual order numbers. ================= An unexpected error has occured Unable to load all trips. Everything was working correctly before. Please don’t ask to uninstall/reinstall/delete cache/delete data/restart the phone/logout-login/etc. I have already done this multiple times to no avail. This app is therefore totally unusable in its current state. Please fix. Best regards.
Since the new version (like already before with the DB Navigator NEXT) I have the following problems: 1. I cannot login anymore - whenever i login, the app freezes and I remain not logged in. 2. When I try to search a journey connection (not logged in), the app does not recognise any place/station, i.e. it is impossible for me to search. 3. Most recently, wheneven I open and use the app, I get repeated warning messages "Es konnte keine vertrauenswürdige Verbindung aufgebaut werden". I have repeatedly installed and de-installed the app. Via the browser I can use my account without problems. And I have the exact same problem on two different iPhones, an iPhone 12 mini and an iPhone 11, both running with iOS 17.1.1.
Hello. I cant see my ticket in app. I bought a few days ago. It costs 49.00 euro. It is the newest version of app
DB app will not allow me to purchase tickets through it since the update. I get an error message even when trying to purchase local or day metro tickets.
Tickets will not validate gives an error message. I have credit remaining
Your app (that after last updates is getting more and more unreliable) with the last update forces me to log in again, and when I do it...error 503 So it seems your system is unavailable or overloaded, probably for foring everybody to log again, without foreseen that you do not have infrastructure to support that. Nice planning indeed.....
Your Navigator app does not work. Cannot log in..always get an error message. Fix this Please!!???

I tried registering at least 10 times and it just doesn't work! It keeps telling me "register". The boxes to fill in a new name and password keep coming back and I can't get in using the name and password I have chosen.
