Follow these steps to resolve intermittent VZ Navigator app issues:

Force Stop the VZ Navigator App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click VZ Navigator app. » click "Force Stop".

Update VZ Navigator to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear VZ Navigator App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "VZ Navigator app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch VZ Navigator.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click VZ Navigator » "Force Stop".

Again, got VZ Navigator » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
