Trying to put a payment towards my cruise, doesn't work. Keeps saying "we're having trouble loading this screen" normally works after a few attempts, isn't working today.
the app does not include my recently paid for reservation. I try to load it but does not recognize mu last name. please note that on my PC, as soon as I open your page it identifies teh reservation. But I need to see it on my iPhone.
The Disney Navigator app will not allow me to complete "On Line Check In".
The ap won't load my reservation. It was working up until Wednesday. Now it says it can't access it.
App continues to crash whenever I open it! Tried deleting redownloading and made sure my iOS was up to date too, still crashes.
It won’t load my reservations info and it been going on for 4 days
