When I try to login into my account from the home screen a small dark screen appears to verify if I'm not a bot. Though the verification is there, and I'm not a bot, it fails. I can't get into my bank account via the app on my phone and I would like to fix it.

When trying to login in, Sends verification code on phone, entered them and stays on the page, Then says an unexpected error occurred. Then I try signing in on the web, And says redirecting to online banking I get my direct deposits on here. And I depend on my money and the time frame I get to withdraw and pay my bills asap. I have no time for errors

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent MACU app issues:

Force Stop the MACU App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click MACU app. » click "Force Stop".

Update MACU to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MACU App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "MACU app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch MACU.

Fix MACU unable to contact server/ MACU internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click MACU » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got MACU » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch MACU on android.
