Keep getting white screen when I try to verify
I keep getting a white screen and can't add my verification code
My app only works when im at home and on wifi
Authentication error on app???
When I try to login into my account from the home screen a small dark screen appears to verify if I'm not a bot. Though the verification is there, and I'm not a bot, it fails. I can't get into my bank account via the app on my phone and I would like to fix it.
When trying to login in, Sends verification code on phone, entered them and stays on the page, Then says an unexpected error occurred. Then I try signing in on the web, And says redirecting to online banking I get my direct deposits on here. And I depend on my money and the time frame I get to withdraw and pay my bills asap. I have no time for errors
The app keeps crashing whenever I try and make a mobile deposit, usually when I try and take a photo of the check.
