This company is a fraud. I purchased their earlier versions of their app and the app suddenly stopped working. I had spent a lot of money on six different tracks which I had to purchase each separately. I contacted their support many times and was not given a refund, nor did they fix the app. This company makes false claims, and prays on your desire to better yourself, so they can then take advantage of you with a terrible app and worse customer service. You could just throw your money in the toilet for the same amount of return on your investment. HelloMind is a dishonest company and after my experience with them, I’m honestly horrified that they are still allowed to sell on Apple. So far, I’ve appealed to the company with no resolution. I’ve appealed to Apple but they won’t do anything after 90days. Do you really want to support a company that’s unethical, fraudulent, and takes advantage of people? Especially one that uses hypnosis to get inside your head? I wouldn’t.

I’ve really enjoyed this app and want to use it, I’ve even got an annual, active subscription that is showing in my App Store subscriptions, but the app won’t let me use it. This means I can’t do the courses I need and get notified to subscribe every time I use it. This is massively disappointing and caused a great deal of frustration. A real shame a good idea has such poor implementation of technology.

I've been using this application for just over a year. I've found that, as with most effective interventions, the results are most "substantial" at first, then gradually smooth out to a long term, subtly progressive growth process. I really admire the structure of HelloMind. I'm quite sure that it's been crafted with full intention behind every detail. To speak to a couple points mentioned in the comments: The narrator uses repetitive language to help (re)train your subconscious. He explains the purpose for this in the video & intro audio (both can be found in the app). You cannot skip these/other sections, as you'd be giving your consciousness control over a process that isn't about that part of your mind. It's about releasing control to the subconscious for rewiring, with the aid of professional, outside support (hence the narrator). There's too much to say about this application in the space of a review, but I advise users to keep experimenting with ways to open up to the process of the hypnosis most effectively for themselves. The benefits, while subtle, are substantial.
