How to fix HelloMind app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the HelloMind app on iPhone
Update HelloMind app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall HelloMind iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix HelloMind on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve HelloMind network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

HelloMind Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix HelloMind not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the HelloMind App
1. On android, goto Settings » HelloMind » click [Force Stop]

Update HelloMind to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear HelloMind App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » HelloMind » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart HelloMind.

Fix HelloMind unable to contact server/ HelloMind internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click HelloMind » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto HelloMind » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch HelloMind
