My securID is open. Numbers appears to be always open and and numbers go down on the screen. I cannot open a progamme as th enumbers keep changing.

The app apears to be zoomed in so I can't see everything on the screen. I have checked all setting on my phone and other apps have no issues. I have reload the app and restared my phone. When I get the creditation it asks for a password and then accepts no input.

I got a new iphone and after 5 calls with JP Morgan team I am still not able to get it working on my new iphone 13. I have deleted from prior phone and now have no access to logging onto the bank. JP Morgan has sent me the PDF with the scan code. The scan will not work so I have hand typed it several times. I have gotten the text with the token activation code. When putting that in error message The server cannot be reached at this time. If probelem persists contact your IT Help Desk. Who help desk would this be JP Morgan or SecurID
