Cannot get verification text to log into account
the app keeps saying there is an update when none exists and that my OS is not supported when it is
I use the android USAA widget on my home screen. Recently, it has stopped showing my updated account balance. When I go in to setting and then security the accounts page to select which accounts you want to see is blank, nothing to select. I have the same problem with the next item, transactions. I have uninstalled the app, cleared the cache and replicated my phone. Any ideas?
when opening mobile app it goes straight to the desktop...can not go to settings for quick logon
App will not let me see my accounts. Just spins trying to connect. Been having this problem for the last week. I needed to transfer money while out of town and was not able to use the app to do it. . Very frustrating!
App will not initaiate mobile deposit. Deinstalled, rebooted, no success. This has happened more than once. Very sad USAA cannot get this fixed. I'm over seas and need to deposit checks. Very frustrating and unacceptable.
