How to fix FirstClass app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the FirstClass app on iPhone
Update FirstClass app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall FirstClass iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix FirstClass on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve FirstClass network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent FirstClass app issues:

Force Stop the FirstClass App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click FirstClass app. » click "Force Stop".

Update FirstClass to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear FirstClass App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "FirstClass app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch FirstClass.

Fix FirstClass unable to contact server/ FirstClass internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click FirstClass » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got FirstClass » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch FirstClass on android.
