What happened to being able to create and edit your signature directly on your iPhone?
I have an outdated signature and can’t change it - that feature no longer allows you to make a change. Now I have to manually update my signature with each email I send. I write more emails from my phone than my laptop. My computer allowed me to make the change.

In the mobile app, you can’t tell when the email you’re typing isn’t being saved. So if I forget to copy the text and then paste it, I end up sending a blank message even when it was on my screen before I sent it. The content isn’t anywhere on the server. Very annoying.

Whenever you try to import something from another app fc just shuts down every time. This worked prior to the update. Also unable to see subject of email in the inbox when the phone is in dark mode. Also when selecting someone to send an email to it puts a gray box over them and does not allow you to select them. Same issue when trying to transfer to a different folder.

I love this application to check my work email but, right now, it opens to slow, it kicks you out after you log in. Can the update please get done to be compatible with the iPhone updates?

FirstClass is completely useless and not user friendly. The developer should remove it so as to save users from frustration and time wasted. It only works when I’m at work, which defies the purpose. Even then it doesn’t function like the computer version. Also, you can tell by the lack of reviews (some 8-9 years ago) that most users have kept away. Oh well, lesson learned.

I have an iPhone 8 with the 12 iOS. When I open an email with attachments that are not embedded in the email and go to download them FirstClass quits. Any suggests as to why I cannot down load the attachments, which are typically pictures.

Love FirstClass it lets me check up on business wherever I am keep up the good work!

I use this app for work email and all of a sudden I cannot attach files to an email only photos. Secondly, it is now lacking a document view. I cannot open attachments. Please fix it.

FirstClass is the worst app I have ever used. I only use this for my schools server but I have had FirstClass quit on me at least ten times and most importantly when I am writing long emails once I click send. Did I mention the fact that this is the worst app ever aesthetic and functionality wise.

FirstClass was working great, now I don’t get notifications, I have tried turning them off and back on, deleting app and reinstalling, nothing works. So annoying... please fix

Ever since the latest iPhone upgrade, it runs really slow

It puts a slightly darker box when you are trying to select the contact to send an email to. Can’t import from other apps now either. Pleas fix ASAP. Makes FirstClass almost useless if you can’t send an email.

I wish there was a way to get notifications for your mailbox like there is on the desktop app.

Its UI reminds me of the early 2000’s. It’s very unwieldy and confusing. Also, whenever FirstClass just crashes, your drafts aren’t saved so good luck retyping them.

App automatically adds characters in the password line. Thereby, not enabling me to sign in. Developer provides no assistance.

My notifications aren’t working I’ve deleted and checked settings.

I can't think of a more aesthetically displeasing application that I have bought. The only reason I purchased FirstClass was to access my school's this app server. Admittedly, I didn't expect much, but I can't stand how it looks and feels. FirstClass needs A LOT of work. The developers worked hard to emulate the iPhone's home screen, but it comes out ugly and a lot of the design choices give me a headache everytime I have to open FirstClass .
I'd love to see a complete redesign of FirstClass because there are a lot of usability issues with the way FirstClass behaves. Also the icons have so little meaning, I have to tap them and see what they do to figure it out. FirstClass uses different icons than you'd expect for things like searching.
Anyways, the most important thing I think the developers of the iPhone (and desktop clients needs) to do is to overhaul the interface to match the simplicity of the concept. However, I'm not optimistic because in the about 4 years my school has been using this app, there has been little to no progress on this front.
I know some people will think that I'm being overdramatic with the aesthetics, but to me the way you interact with the service is just as important as the service itself (which is pretty much how the iPhone is designed). If I have to look at FirstClass several times a day, I'd better like what I'm looking at.
