How to fix Kalshi app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Kalshi app on iPhone
Update Kalshi app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Kalshi iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Kalshi on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Kalshi network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Kalshi Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Kalshi not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Kalshi App
1. On android, goto Settings » Kalshi » click [Force Stop]

Update Kalshi to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Kalshi App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Kalshi » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Kalshi.

Fix Kalshi unable to contact server/ Kalshi internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Kalshi » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Kalshi » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
