The BJ app on my iphone is not working. It will not verify my email and password. I am 100% sure that I have placed the correct username and password because I used it on my desktop and was able to login. The app and ios are up to date and were not updated recently. Your devs need to get on this immediately. Everyday that the app doesn't work is a day that my membership value is decreased.
Since my last update on my I Phone (iOS 17.3.1), I cannot access the BJ's app. It is forcing me to logging with username and password and this is not working. I tried repeatedly to change my password and I get errors. I tried to sign in and it just says welcome back loading sign in and never signs in. I use the app all the time for orders and pickups and now I cannot. I need this fixed and I see lots of folks have had the same problems. Is this a case of the app is not being updated as our phones are? This needs to be fixed.

The bjs mobile app is not allowing me to sign in to clip coupons. The website works.
Clipped all my coupons went to store and can no longer log in on i-phone at the store. Tried several times, Tired forgot password several times and would get "Something went wrong while trying to reset password". Rebooted phone tried several things no luck, Un-installed and re-installed app at store no luck. After over 1 hour of trying gave up and went to store help desk. They tried and would not work. They verified I had right e-mail. Would not work . They tried to manually help me get coupons now been at store for 1 hour 45 minutes. Came home changed password log in website fine. I can login website using the user and password. Cannot log in on phone. Deleted app from phone (I-phone) and re-installed. Still cannot log in on phone but can website same user password. Deleted app from phone. Rebooted Phone, Re-installed app. Still cannot login app on phone. So now I have spent 2 hours and 45 minutes of my day and cannot get your app to work VERY FRUSTRATED Version 11.4.3 running on i-Phone 15 max Pro IOS 17.3.1

When I try to print clipped coupons Printer preview only show a blank page.

Online ordering no longer works for me. It worked fine for the longest time, but now the past several months when I go to pay it says an error occurred. I’ve tried paying multiple ways and with different cards and I get the same response.
Whenever I go to place an order on the app, it says “error occurred while placing order. Please review and resubmit”.

Asked to login to app. Checkmark pops up and says welcome back logging you in and stays that way forever. Android recently updated 3 days or so ago, worked a few weeks back.
Am unable to load coupons on the app. Have been a customer for years and have been using the app successfully since it began. Won't load coupons, goes to sign in page but does not sign me in. Just endlessly shows the check mark. Need this fixed to shop at BJ's.

BJ's app said I must install an update...it wouldn't even open the old version for shopping. Went to Play Store, selected BJ's APP, hit UPDATE, and it failed. I cleaned space on my phone and did a hard reboot. Back to Play Store, selected the APP, it downloaded, hit INSTALL, it got to 100%, paused, and the INSTALL button re-appeared. I checked my home screen menus and SETTINGS-APPS...no BJ's APP on the list.
Deli pre-order never shows up as available for your Commack, NY location in the app (even tho the location is listed) but does show available for Deer Park and Farmingdale. Sign in the Commack store says preorder is an option but app won't work.
The app won’t let me check out for curb side pick up.
Curb side pick up is no longer an option on the app .When I reach the store I usually tap in-club mode to check -in for curb side pickup. This option is no longer on the BJS app on my phone. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. That didn't help. Now I have to go into the store to pick up groceries.
My app is not working
Unable to clip coupons. When I try to clip coupons , the app requests to login and after entering the credentials the app is unable to login. It looks like it’s stuck ..
Worked once for free pickup. Now when i press checkout after entering all info, selecting time credit card, etc, it says "Error occurred while placing your order". But it sends the preliminary charge to my credit card! I've tried deleting and reinstalling the app. This has happened for 2 weeks any time I've tried it and I'm about to give up.
Cannot update my app and therefore blocked from opening the app!

Still unable to log in via the app after updating to IOS15.7. Can log in via web with no issues.
After upgrade to ios 15.62 and now ios 16 the bjs app will not allow signin. Says wrong credentials. I can signin with the same credentials on safari . Also, reset password is not working.
Log in issue on ios app but log in on the website from computer works fine.

I tried to sign in and it just says welcome back loading sign in and never signs in. I uninstalled then reinstalled and it was back to normal. When I closed it in recents, not signed out, the app signede out again and I had to go through this whole process over and over again. Even after having things on my cart, and after I had to go pick up my purchase for free pickup I had problems getting to sign in to the app for check-in. I had to uninstall then reinstall! Please, please fix! Never had this problem before update!
Coupons cannot be clipped or shown on app all day
My app has been working. Was promoted to login today. Wouldn’t take my password, told me “wrong credentials” - changed my password 6 times, deleted my app .. still says “wrong credentials” Need to use the app to do a pick up order.
Couldn't get app to sign in so deleted app and reinstalled. Working fine now.

I used the app to order a product 2 days ago. It never confirmed my order and the store did not receive it. However they are still holding it from my bank account 4 times! Why has it not cancelled yet. Its very concerning to me
Every time I try to log into my BJ's account on my iPhone it says "wrong credentials". Sometimes it works but most of the time it doesn't and I have to use the coupons from the book. This is REALLY ANNOYING. Please fix this on your end. I cannot bring a computer to BJ's.
Constantly say unable to process order. Which it has done 5 out 6 of the last times I tried to use.
There are no coupons showing to be clipped
I can't get my membership linked to my online account or BJ's app. I get an error message when I try to update my contact info and my membership number is blank. The my card function to scan at the register is missing and I can't clip coupons or access recent express pay transactions.
