Breeze iPhone Issues and Solutions

Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever Breeze app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix Breeze app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Breeze app on iPhone
Update Breeze app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Breeze iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Breeze on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Breeze network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Breeze Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Breeze not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Breeze app issues:

Force Stop the Breeze App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Breeze app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Breeze to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Breeze App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Breeze app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Breeze.

Fix Breeze unable to contact server/ Breeze internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Breeze » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Breeze » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Breeze on android.
