Close and restart the MyMoMo app on iPhone
Update MyMoMo app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall MyMoMo iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix MyMoMo on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve MyMoMo network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Fix MyMoMo not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent MyMoMo app issues:

Force Stop the MyMoMo App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click MyMoMo app. » click "Force Stop".

Update MyMoMo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MyMoMo App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "MyMoMo app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch MyMoMo.

Fix MyMoMo unable to contact server/ MyMoMo internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click MyMoMo » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got MyMoMo » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch MyMoMo on android.
