BPI iPhone Issues and Solutions

How to fix BPI app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the BPI app on iPhone
Update BPI app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall BPI iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix BPI on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve BPI network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

BPI Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix BPI not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the BPI App
1. On android, goto Settings » BPI » click [Force Stop]

Update BPI to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear BPI App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » BPI » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart BPI.

Fix BPI unable to contact server/ BPI internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click BPI » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto BPI » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch BPI
