How to fix Foz app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Foz app on iPhone
Update Foz app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Foz iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Foz on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Foz network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Foz Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Foz not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Foz App
1. On android, goto Settings » Foz » click [Force Stop]

Update Foz to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Foz App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Foz » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Foz.

Fix Foz unable to contact server/ Foz internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Foz » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Foz » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
