Cannot see bill details. Ask I get is a blank page. Horrible app.

cannot send text SMS or MMS, app sucks, cannot change payment method , cannot change auto pay, cannot update physical address or account information, doesnt show phone lines associated with the account, doesnt show current plan etc,etc. App is worthless

How to fix My Liberty PR app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the My Liberty PR app on iPhone
Update My Liberty PR app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall My Liberty PR iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix My Liberty PR on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve My Liberty PR network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

My Liberty PR Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix My Liberty PR not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the My Liberty PR App
1. On android, goto Settings » My Liberty PR » click [Force Stop]

Update My Liberty PR to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear My Liberty PR App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » My Liberty PR » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart My Liberty PR.

Fix My Liberty PR unable to contact server/ My Liberty PR internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click My Liberty PR » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto My Liberty PR » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch My Liberty PR
