Grave error la eliminación de métodos de pago. Se supone que se le facilite las cosas a los clientes y están haciendo todo lo contrario. O devuelven las opciones de pago como anteriormente o van a perder clientes incluyéndome!!
I’ve been trying to make my payment for the past three days. It says only takes debit/credit cards but the debit/credit transaction is always denied. I tried with different cards thinking maybe it doesn’t accept US bank cards only PR bank cards, but nope. Doesn’t take any. App is trash.
MyLibertyPR is worthless. Won’t let you make changes to autopay. If you have multiple accounts, you better know your account numbers because there is no way to rename them to an easy to remember name. Skip this worthless app
Este app es una basura. No te deja hacer cambios al autopay. Si tienes múltiples cuentas, mejor acuérdate de tus números de cuenta ya que no hay forma de ponerles nombres fáciles de recordar. Olvídense de esta aplicación inutil
It's a piece of crap MyLibertyPR. I can't make my payments because I don't want to accept any of the methods I try. It doesn't work!
El app no funciona. Al igual que otro reviewer, ahora sólo se puede pagar con tarjeta de crédito, si no tienes, vete con DirecTV. Mi tarjeta está vigente y al día pero el app no la guarda, no la acepta.
Hubiesen dejado la app anterior era más cómodo, fácil y segura. La nueva app NO SIRVE. 😡
No deja hacer login. Dice “Error de sistema” todo el tiempo. Pasa también con this app punto com desde el navegador del móvil y en desktop.
Ya no puedo hacer los pagos online.
Siempre utilizaba la página y en cuestión de 1 min lograba pagar mi balance sin problema. Ahora entro al app y me rechaza la misma información que utilizaba en el portal anterior. Basura Liberty.
El título lo dice todo… pésima aplicación.
Solo un método de pago comparado con la anterior. Solo tarjeta de crédito que da error en la transacción. 😡😡😡
I am from the culture that is I can pay online I will and for when I do it I use my bank acct. I have used my bank account to pay my monthly bill until now with this new app. You would assume that with new technology better service but not with MyLibertyPR. You can only pay with a credit card. What about those people that don't want or cannot pay with a credit card? I don’t have the time to be calling to make a payment either. Make sure on your next update to include other payment options or I might just have to change to another company.

Arreglen el sistema, no se puede pagar online y tampoco se puede pagar por el app. A punto de que me cobren recargos por su pobre planificación e implementación. Devastador.

Solo funciona para hacer pagos. No permite activar el e-bill (facturación por correo) y para crear una cuenta a través de la web siempre me aparece un error. Quieren seguir facturando por enviar factura a papel.
Convinced that those that give MyLibertyPR a 5 star rating are people that have an interest in the company (employees). MyLibertyPR keeps crashing-the payment system is trash. Coming from a platform in which there was so much self service, the tactic for stopping many services such as cancelling your line is very smart of Liberty.

You can’t do anything via the website or app.. everything has to be done in store… will take 2-3 days and 10 employees.. be sure to get your Spain stamp circa 1562…

App keeps saying I need to wait for the next version of MyLibertyPR to enable e-billing. Seems like an unnecessary obstacle so the company can keep charging for paper billing. Y’all need to fix this.

Tiraron un app que tiene más insectos de lo que puede procesar. Lo que va provocar es cuentas vencidas y pagos atrasados y llamadas al call center. Tanto dinero que se le regala y hacen esta BASURA de app.
Terrible platform. Have to reinitiate several times to complete account payment. Cannot see my data usage in the data usage history tab. It is a rudimentary application for a company that’s is responsible for most networks (residential/commercial) in PR.
La aplicación da problemas para todo. Mis bills atrasados solo por esta aplicación. En la página web no existía problema alguno y era muy rápido y eficaz.
I was able to pay my bills with the previous Liberty Portal. This new one will not let me log in nor change my password effectively.

Estoy ya registrada en la página web, y siempre e hecho mis pagos allí. Pero desde que ahora hay que emitir pagos en la app entonces descargo la app y escribo todos mis datos, núm de cuenta y teléfono hasta los 4 ss y aun así no me permite vincularla porque me sale error. Llamo al Serv al cliente e hice ya un reporte sobre la situación. Por favor arreglen ese detalle, gracias.

Ever since the changes occurred it has been difficult to make payments on MyLibertyPR . Previous App version worked perfectly fine was able to make payments without any problems. It’s been several months having to make these payments by phone not that is a problem but is not convenient. Not sure about these recent reviews of working perfectly because I’ve uninstalled and installed MyLibertyPR several times and never works!

No hay opción de pagar con cuenta bancaria como el sistema anterior. Era muy simple la página anterior y ahora cambian para empeorar el servicio. Muy lenta la página y pobre el diseño, pensé que era un “scam” de tan baja calidad que se muestra. Mis disculpas a los desarrolladores pero la página anterior aparenta mejor calidad de diseño y servicio.
Siempre hacia mis pago debitando directo de la cuenta bancaria, ahora tengo cambiar todo mi metodo por que ahora solo tiene Tarjeta de Debito/Credito Visa, Matercard, etc. la cual mi cuenta no tiene 😡. / I always made my payments by debiting directly from the bank account, now I have to change my entire method because now I they only have a Debit/Credit Card Visa, Matercard, etc. method; which my account does not have 😡.
La forma de hacer el pago es confusa, te hace una transacción de un dólar y luego entonces tienes que volver a entrar y hacer el pago. Te llegan unos correos electrónicos de PlacetoPay y la app de queda en blanco en varias ocasiones
He tenido y tengo problemas activando la página electrónica de Mi Liberty pero siguen cobrando las $3.00.
It works but it feels like MyLibertyPR was developed by a high school student.Not intuitive at all.You would expect more from a company like Liberty,it baffles me how they can’t develop a quality app for their customers.
MyLibertyPR does the job but it looks a little outdated, would love to have the date of the payment established when paying my bill even if its a future payment.
On the Home page the Due Date is showing the data of the Invoice Date, this is causing that it is showing as an Overdue Payment (iOS) this was showing as expected on previous version
“Self care” is hardly an appropriate description for an app for a mobile service provider. Surely you can come up with a more appropriate description that helps identify this as MyLibertyPR one is looking for! There is no obvious “Reset password” function on the login screen!
Finally MyLibertyPR has arrived! But i already have a suggestion:
I have two Card numbers on my account and i think it be great to at least see the last four digits of those cards to see which one being charged when making a payment. Thank you!
My internet is a little spotty at time. I am not getting a sound enough signal. What could be the problem. Thank you

Even though the process is fast and easy, it would be good to have the option to pay with a bank account!
Please add name of company “Liberty”, info of payment method used, and name of subscriber. Add all this to the screen displayed on the mobile device as payment confirmation. Thanks!

I lost my current card so I had it only a digital wallet card and was able to extract the information and put it into the payment program and pay with that with the expiration date of 7/24, while I’m waiting for my new plastic debit card to arrive by mail from the United States.
