How to fix PFCP app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the PFCP app on iPhone
Update PFCP app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall PFCP iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix PFCP on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve PFCP network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

PFCP Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix PFCP not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent PFCP app issues:

Force Stop the PFCP App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click PFCP app. » click "Force Stop".

Update PFCP to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear PFCP App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "PFCP app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch PFCP.

Fix PFCP unable to contact server/ PFCP internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click PFCP » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got PFCP » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch PFCP on android.
