PFCP iPhone Issues and Solutions

How to fix PFCP app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the PFCP app on iPhone
Update PFCP app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall PFCP iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix PFCP on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve PFCP network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

PFCP Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix PFCP not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the PFCP App
1. On android, goto Settings » PFCP » click [Force Stop]

Update PFCP to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear PFCP App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » PFCP » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart PFCP.

Fix PFCP unable to contact server/ PFCP internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click PFCP » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto PFCP » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch PFCP
