I can see everybody is complaining about PFCP and company so I am going to cancel this credit card, it doesn't worth

I’ve never been able to use PFCP because I can’t log in. Have done the restart/reinstall on PFCP and always, after entering my login info, I tap the button to log in and button just flashes. Nothing else - no messages, no info, just nothing.

Completely unable to log in. Nothing is responsive - buttons do nothing. Was PFCP intentionally created as a joke about how bad banking software is? Because if so, you’re killing it!

Doesn’t work, but I’m not surprised. They bought HSBC credit card portfolio, which was the worst credit card issuer in the US.

This is not cool. You run credit card company and can’t even keep up with app. Neither money nor data is safe with you. Government should shut you down.

Got transferred from HSBC to here and now my login info is changed or not the same. I can’t get into my account so I called customer service. The automated answering service was fine with general account information, such as my current balance and available balance. However, when I tried to talk with a representative, I was answered by a woman who stated her name then asked “how can I help?” Then immediately was met with a blank mute sound and no answer to anything I was saying.
I tried calling again and was met this time with a male representative with a southern drawl who also introduced themselves then asked “how can I help you?” Immediately followed by the same blank lack of background noise.
I’m under the impression that it’s the start of an answering service that just hangs up after asking how they can help and that just seems sad.

When I went to their site And clicked any of the options available it went to ads , when I tried to explain this on the phone to a representative that I could not understand, she hung up on me !!
Second call to customer service and I was put on hold telling the next representative available is in 40 minutes ! They are terrible!!

I saw someone mention PFCP worked on their iPhone 12, but I have a 12 too and it PFCP does nothing. It won’t log in at all; the only thing I’ve ever seen is the login screen.
this app, based on the reviews, you’d be better off NOT having an app at all, rather than having an app that’s completely useless like this one.

My account was also transferred from HSBC. I am also unable to login using PFCP . I can only access my account on my computer or by using the safari browser on my phone. Upon reading the other reviews, it’s quite clear that this is a widespread issue and it should really be addressed.

As a fellow HSBC card member who got transferred offer, its been nothing but hassles. Shows I have zero limit and balance via automated, customer rep is useless and just keep you on hold. I was on hold over 30 min, with them randomly checking in saying sorry. Have no clue what to do now but report them to BBB? Lawsuit anyone?

My account was sold to them. PFCP would not let me enroll. I have been trying for weeks. Every customer service call is 40 min plus. They want to nickel and dime you to death and waste your time. Pay your bill, and close this account.

their website is working well so far although PFCP is not working at all, there’s no way to log in, PFCP doesn’t do anything… I’m not even sure to called this an app at all.
I wonder if Apple really take the time to check a few of these apps

Impossible to login via app. Works fine in browser. How is this even possible that a “bank” can’t even get a basic app up and running? Was transferred from HSBC, but won’t stay with these amateurs very long.

This credit card company is the worst credit card company I have ever dealt with. All the credit agencies give me an excellent rating but my account was closed. When I called customer service they said I had closed it.

Setup faceid or just login does nothing, app is not listed in PFCP list. Wth???

Nothing happens when you try to authenticate to PFCP . When you enter your username and password, nothing happens when you click login. I have confirmed my credentials via the web interface, so it’s definitely and app issue. Could be an issue with iOS 16. I did not try it on anything prior.

Installed PFCP and tried to log in. Nothing happened after pressing the Log In button, even though the username and password were entered into the form. Nothing. Not even an error message.

After downloading PFCP , I typed in my username and password. Then I clicked on “Login” and nothing happens. Nothing.

I’m on a 12 Pro Max and it works fine for me. I had to set up login info and that went smoothly after clicking the link to do so. It just let me do it in PFCP instead of opening Chrome or something, which I like. Set that up and enabled FaceID which also worked. Hit the back button after that and it took me right to my account. All my info was correct and transferred over perfectly (they are not my original creditor), even the auto pay schedule and everything so I didn’t have to set up a single thing other than the login. Pretty happy with how smooth the switch was, I was a bit concerned after learning that it was going to happen, but no complaints here so far!

I was very concerned after reading all the reviews. I’m also one of those HSBC accounts acquired by This institution. With that been said, I login into their website with my computer, registered to use their online page, and activated the card. All good. Then download PFCP , and proceed with the loving attempt. Everything was flawless. I have an iPhone SE 2020. Not a glitch at this point.
