How to fix Primark app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Primark app on iPhone
Update Primark app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Primark iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Primark on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Primark network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Primark app issues:

Force Stop the Primark App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Primark app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Primark to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Primark App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Primark app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Primark.

Fix Primark unable to contact server/ Primark internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Primark » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Primark » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Primark on android.
