I love using apps to browse and shop my favorite brands. When I realized I lived close to a this app in the US I downloaded Primark to browse before I go to the store. Within 5 minutes of downloading I had to uninstall Primark . It would freeze so I’d have to close and reopen. Then the pop up ads would come up and it’s so annoying. I’ve never seen a retail brand use pop up ads on their app. It’s so frustrating.

The this app app insults & frustrates its future & existing customers. Showing us unrelated adverts while we try to hand you our money is ludicrous. Poor business decision. Have un-installed Primark . Will continue to shop online with Zara, Uniqlo, H&M, and Shein instead.

Would really give zero stars if I could. I am deleting Primark within 2 minutes of downloading it. Its like playing a cheapo game with annoying ads you are forced to watch. Bizzarre.

Primark is awful. Ads everywhere. Pop up ads while I’m trying to browse. Why spend my money there when they’re collecting checks from all the ads they run.

As someone else had already mentioned I’ve never seen any shopping app use pop up ads and it’s super annoying, can’t even browse in peace, unfortunately had to delete

Primark is literally not usable with the amount of ads. I can’t even click a product without being accidentally redirected to a different website. It’s beyond frustrating

Frustrating bc every few seconds, an ad Will pop up. Inter ups the purchase cycle and is certainly costing primary more in sales than whatever they earn with the ads. Deleted Primark after just a few mins bc it’s such an annoying experience and I like this app!

Hey developer of Primark, either you guys fix the bugs of Primark that suddenly gives ads and some buttons don’t function, or do not even bother having Primark online, already. Please read the dissatisfied reviews and alleviate those disappointment, THIS INSTANT.

You cannot get rid of them. It’s like when you download a really fun game but get interrupted every 2 minutes with an annoying ad. Fortunately with the game app you have the option to purchase ad-free. With Primark you have no choice. You’re stuck. You’re better of checking out this app through your mobile browser or on desktop.

There are pop up ads every 3-5 minutes. The filter doesn’t allow for a ‘brand/designer’ search. Example: if I’m looking for Disney Lilo and Stitch, there are a whole bunch of Disney and other items that load. But I can’t do an actual refine search for what was written in the search bar. Then the location icon doesn’t even work. If I could rate Primark 0/zero stars, I would.

Let’s start by saying like this app, but seriously get it together people your app is the worst ever! Not only does it freeze all the time, but you have to watch stupid ads just to look at their product. Really? So you’re selling ad space on your app we are trying to sell product that is just ridiculous. How much money do people want? Totally turns me off or you just money hungry? Don’t bother downloading it probably won’t work anyway and besides, who really wants to sit through an ad every time you looking at a jumper or a pair of jeans.

How does a retail app have intrusive 3rd party ads running! Primark is beyond useless. Fantastic store - awful app.

App is difficult to use. Adds pop up every 20 seconds. And there is now way to save liked items. Not very useful at al.

Deleted this after opening app & immediately getting 2 popup ads in less than 2 minutes. Was very confused. It’s unusual & ridiculous.

It’s so stupid to have pop-ups and ads on a shopping website.
by Kiki279
Every time I clicked on a product, as soon as you swipe the picture there is a ad that pops up. Then on top of that, it freezes during that ad pop up… worst app I’ve used for a major retail store.
by WeeTom71
I downloaded Primark and you can barely use it. There are ads for other things besides this app
I’m sure I will be deleting this very quickly.
How do you have ads for similar stuff within the company app? I’ve never see that, except for gaming apps. Like seriously???
