Let’s start by saying like Primark, but seriously get it together people your app is the worst ever! Not only does it freeze all the time, but you have to watch stupid ads just to look at their product. Really? So you’re selling ad space on your app we are trying to sell product that is just ridiculous. How much money do people want? Totally turns me off or you just money hungry? Don’t bother downloading it probably won’t work anyway and besides, who really wants to sit through an ad every time you looking at a jumper or a pair of jeans.

I love using apps to browse and shop my favorite brands. When I realized I lived close to a primark in the US I downloaded the app to browse before I go to the store. Within 5 minutes of downloading I had to uninstall the app. It would freeze so I’d have to close and reopen. Then the pop up ads would come up and it’s so annoying. I’ve never seen a retail brand use pop up ads on their app. It’s so frustrating.
