Every 2 hours keeps making me sign in or register using my phone number or e mail...ever since this app was updated it has been constant issues like this
I do not think I should get a hassle that wasn't originated with me. The clerk at the 7-11 was not able to add my points. All I want is to have proper points added to my account. I do not have card with me. Store was #36930 in Frankenmuth, Michigan 48734. Are you able to just add earned points or not? Thank you.
Same problems as everyone else. Barcode is vertical and unscannable.
The redeem barcode does not show up since update became available.
App was downloaded from play store 3 times, installed without issue, and logged in. When I'm at the store and select "Show Barcode" it displays a vertical white column on black screen with 7Rewards heading, two tabs (one Scan Only, the other Scan and Pay) with words in very small letters and a very small barcode at the bottom. The width of the column is approximately 3/4 of an inch and the barcode is about 3/8 inch square that cannot be scanned. If I turn the phone sideways, the image does not auto rotate and widen. I have over $10 in my wallet and have not been able to use it at multiple stores. Phone is a Samsung Galaxy S8 in perfect working order. I have had 7Rewards and the app for over 5 years. GET THIS WORKING OR GIVE ME THE PREVIOUS VERSION OF THE APP. Thank you.
7 eleven App is. Not working
I can log into the web page, but using the same login and password on the app gives the error message "Invalid input".
I keep getting A01 error message when I try to lock in fuel price. Why?

The app says to use either the email/phone # Bar or to log in using facebook. My rewards has only ever used my phone number, but when I emter it the app's "Let's Go" button stays grey and won't let me press is. I've tried it XXX XXX XXXX, XXX-XXX-XXXX, and XXXXXXXXXX and the same result happens. Please help
can't login invalid input wtf is going on.
Does allow me to login in. Reset password, deleted app, registered new email address rebooted phone and repeated. None of these actions worked. Just have to buy Ampol petrol.
