The app always freezes when I try to choose quantity

I am trying to place an order, but it keeps saying it is unable to process my order.

Why can't I leave a question on Kohl's app on my Android? Also, on computer having problems with app, keeps jumping and I can't submit a question there either?

I cannot sign into my Kohl's account. I have tried so many times that now it says You can't sign in right now. To protect our customer's, we monitor for bot activities and it looks like you've hit one of our indicators. I have spoke to chat about 3 times and they said they would report it to tech support. I called and got the same response. I have deleted cookies and cache, didn't help. I was told to try Google Chrome as my browser, I use Microsoft Edge. I would like to start working on my Christmas shopping. This has been going on for at least 2 weeks now. I'm so aggravated. I've noticed that the sign in is different, it used to ask for your e-mail address and right under it requested the password. I hope you can fix this problem. Thank you.

I'm signed into the app and my cart looks totally different then what's in the cart thru the browser nevermind the fact that you can't ev n save things for later in the app anymore..the app suxs

Every time I close the app it logs me out entirely. It's a total pain it the butt to keep manually logging back in every time I want to use the app.

This week it has been very difficult to open the shopping app. I have tried dozens of times, it refuses to open. It is very annoying, I have gotten it open a couple times, each time it took trying off and on all day. this is on a computer, I notice your solutions are for phones. I prefer to use my computer the images are larger.

When trying to use Kohl’s Pay, I get the following: “We didn’t recognize this device. Please verify the account to be able to proceed.” This is followed by: “Oops Something didn’t work right. . Please retry” This happens no matter where I am. I have reinstalled the app also. Can’t find a fix. Please help.

Kohl’s app logged me out and won’t let me back in. It makes me out in a Captcha and when I do it keeps telling me it’s wrong when it’s not. Why can’t I get into my account?!?!?!

My Kohl's app quit working on my android phone. I uninstalled it and went to the Play store to reinstall and found there is not a Kohl's app listed. Now what do I do?
