Capital One Shopping Status

Every time i try to shop through the app I get this message after trying to activate offers {"error":"no matching route","errorId":"be5502a1-f213-4e25-8200-a7f16a5b3672"}

app store says CO Shopping will not work on my device. Samsung S7. Please advise. Thanks

The CapitalOne App is NOT WORKING at all, it is not giving me anything / no better prices or anything, it is just dead, how can this be made to work, it is not functioning at all.

I've been experiencing what another person has described where I try to redeem my rewards, and am redirected back to the log in page. I've been attempting to redeem my rewards every day for weeks.

About 15 minutes ago and earlier in the day, I had a 30% rewards offer for Boscovs. A few minutes ago my app locked up so I had to delete it , then reinstall thecapital one shopping app, when I go in now all I have is 6% I was getting ready to place my order when the app closed. I want my 30% offer back if possible! Thank you!

When I click on the link to redeem (either from the bar or from an email I receive) the page comes up but then quickly disappears. Is there a fix for this?

Extension not working

My Capital One Shopping website and extension go blank. I've allowed for everything in google settings and removed ad block?

On Capital One Shopping app setup getting recaptcha errors tried rebooting samsung android phone still getting errors. Half the time it brings up the captcha screen and I click appropriate boxes then the rest of the time the screen never comes up -- just the error "Captcha responses missing"

Capital One Shopping not working. When I click it, it goes to Google.

I keep getting pop ups that ask me to update Capitol One Shopping, but nothing I do stops it.
