Dear Customer Support The Woodfix App on my tablet does not work and keeps crashing. When you go into app click on tv show it does not load, it has a circle that keeps on spinning all the time then it stops and says retry. I click on this and nothing happens same repetitive action constantly. The word text appears throughout the page when you click on it nothing happens. I have tried to update app from Play Store it does not update and the same problems remain. I am paying a monthly individual subscription of £4.89 for an app that does not work very disappointed. I am looking to cancel my subscription if this matter is not sorted out. Please advise what steps you are going to take to rectify the problem? As I am a loyal customer who has enjoyed the app so far. How will my loyalty be compensated for not being able to use app and paying a monthly subscription? I await an update as soon as possible.
