My screen blank white n can't watch movie ont tv
I still have a one year sub I stopped because of all the ads and nonsense that my sub. was resulting in, I decide last night to check it out again, and it worked beautifully, Watched 2 movies. So I was going to renew a new annual sub. Checked it out today...horrible I got to the movie page it looked normal then all the stuff happened Religious ads no way out of them. Backed up to normal page boom ads that I couldn't delete or get away from. I wouldn't even consider reading the ads or taking or buying anything that was advertised because of their intrusiveness. I deleted the app thinking maybe get an updated one. Can't even get the app because even it wants me to buy or sub, to something I don't want. In essence I cannot download a new app that I already paid for on my android. Help me or lose a renewal, please. Mark Carpenter
Hello I need to speak to someone. I didn't approve a payment for castly premium. I've been on the phone with my credit card account and there telling me to contact you so my funds can be released back to me
I am a premium customer and can't get anything but ads. I paid for a year of no ads. I can't close ads or get rid of them, I no longer have control over the program. If I don't hear from you i'll just be another customer that your ineptness ran off. Mark Carpenter

First, t was so slow and When I tried to play my video it wasn’t working and there’s so much ads whenever just get out to watch something then boom there’s an ad please you just really gotta cut your ad shorts or just like make less ad pls it was pretty laggy I really don’t like it i’m feeling like I’m downloading this that’s pretty bad but you may think it was very wrong of me to put one star but this is just my opinion let me know if that happened to you?

this app overall is ok. I’m watching stranger things, up to the third season of it, everything is fine. When u get to the last episode, it doesn’t let me watch. It says something like video trailer unavailable or something along the lines of it. It makes me wait hours until I can watch it again. Which is frustrating. I’m not in season 4 and again, “video trailer unavailable.” It’s seriously frustrating. please fix it. (edited)- yesterday, around 12 it stopped letting me watch the show. It said “no trailer video.” It is now the next day, 8 A.M. to be exact. This is very trash. Fix your app.
