- I download it but unfortunately can’t open the app just give me the logo and then everything stopped.
- Hope they can solve the problem ASAP.
- From minute 1 upon the new release, it’s not working at all. How has this app been approved in the first place.

The soft token app used to work fine till 2 weeks ago. Now everytime i open the app I get a message : 404. That's an error The requested URL/ developeroptions was not found on this server. I installed it on a different phone. Still same error

Soft token application crashes
Application is not working, stuck in NBE page, doesn’t go to the login page!. I have deleted and installed the application again, same issue.
what ever i download the application , i cannot log in
The app it does not allow me to get deposit certificate a y more although I have a few already... neither allow me to transfer money to my own account at cib bank
