NBE is worthless. It often breaks down. The user interface is so basic, it feels like someone just learned coding! Now it will not even load. What’s the point of having an app?

The old version worked perfectly. Then I kept receiving messages from the bank to install the updated version. I did. The updated version does not work.

Did they make NBE to disable access to our accounts?!
Or they really lack development that much to the point they are becoming disabled employees , because if you don’t have high level tech employees, you need to hire a professionals and don’t be a cheap bank , what a mess…

The bank is trying to develop and grow to become a leading bank in Egypt. But they have no experience in banking applications and NBE never works properly and had a poor design.
Please take a template of any foreign bank and use it, and do not try to be creative - as so far you are the worst application ever!!
Wish you focus on digitalization as you managed to improve other things in the bank!

As a technical support and networking professional i am trying to register and login since 3 month with many times to try to success but unfortunately i didn’t success, its heavy information application with heavy steps to do any thing , the bank do not know anything about how is the applications work simply in the simple ways,

The new version and platform of NBE is much better. The implementation of the soft token is, while too late, amazing and makes transfer an easy task.
There is a bug regarding the use of biometric for log in that needs to be considered.
