My taxes were direct deposit. When transfer went through I was over the expected amount didn't think anything of it because my child tax credit was supposed to be given due to I was eligible but didn't receive at all during year for part of covid stimulus. The next day I was -3900 and the dorect deposit amount to had changed.

I am trying to file my tax return online through H&R Block. I want to set up and account to have my refund deposited on to a card. I go through the entire process to set up a Spruce account entering everything in, and it will not accept my information and on the screen, it has sorry for the inconvenience with absolutely no explanation on how to fix the issue?
