Force Stop the SNB App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click SNB app. » click "Force Stop".

Update SNB to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear SNB App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "SNB app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch SNB.
