Can no longer access accounts as before. Every time you try to log in it says your devices is not Authenticated. You spend so much time trying to register your device and then SNB says you can not perform this operation. I don’t know what happened but NCB went from the best to this app very very horrible.

The old app was fine until it started to lag even to log into your credentials.
Now in the new app when I try to log in and activate biometrics as the first step to actually log in...it blocked me out for and I can't do anything now.

After signing in and going to the credit payment, I select the payment amount and get the OTP. After I put in the OTP, SNB starts lagging and suddenly gives an error. In other places it is very slow and long loading times sometimes leads to signing out. Please fix all these bug issues or bring back the old app!

SNB doesn’t even support its own required registration process, and meanwhile disallows access to the older app that actually worked. Which means you’re now stuck with no access to your own money. What a piece of junk. This is a banking app. IT HAS TO WORK. What is so hard to understand about that for developers?

As I read through the reviews, I can see that many users have the same problems from SNB as me. Also, these comments were made many months ago. So this shows that either this app does not care about customer complaints regarding SNB or they do not have the technical expertise to fix the issues.

Huge delay in the credit card buying & returning, I’m very sure that is too many mistakes and money not going through specially when I return stuff it’s not coming back to the card.
Thinking seriously of closing my account
And open in another Bank.

Why do I need to register again after being a user of the old app for over 15 years???
And why do I need to get a callback for authentication when I verified with Nafath and with SMS. By the way, I never received the callback and can’t use SNB. At least bring the old app back until you figure this thing out.

Poor announcement, didn’t know that you have a new app till I was denied access from my old app. Then I had to delete the old app, to reinstall, there I realized that you have a new. Ok, I downloaded the new app and so failed to login so far.
I don’t believe this kind of service come from a giant this app company.

If you live outside KSA, then stay away from this app bank. Their OTP message doesn't work reliably. Calling the customer support doesn't help either as they will tell you to contact the mobile carrier.
Note I have used more than 4 Saudi banks while abroad, non of which have issue delivering OTPs.

Usually the credit card widget is in the home page before the last update which tells you information about how much you consumed out of your credit and how much you should pay
Now it’s hidden inside a separate page that you can access through the other icon and the credit icon which is a little complicated but I didn’t mind it until I noticed that after accessing it through that long process when I go back to my app homepage suddenly it appears there u til I long in and out again
It’s a nasty bug that effects the user experience with SNB

Since SAMBA merged with NCB, it’s created a monstrosity of a bank that doesn’t seem to get anything right. I’m currently sitting abroad. SNB refuses log on, you get the processing screen. I’d be okay with the system going down for a day but two days. For the record the online banking website on my router refuses to work.

Every other bank from SABB to Al Rajhi work just fine. I’ll be closing my account with this app the moment I get back. They seem to think having access to your bank account a trivial matter, furthermore, contacting their help center would add insult to injury with their usual lack of knowledge and the same monotonous replies.

Absolutely pathetic.

I authenticate my PC at home and next day I have to authenticate at the office … and you guessed it then I have to once again authenticate the same pc at home next time I have to use my pc at home … very bad programming and not protection for users

Also the 48 hour wait period is silly … other international banks allow you immediate use , once you did their multi document authentication…

I am not surprised at the large number of users that give this process the lowest possible one star

This is the absolutely worst app and bank as a previous SAMBA customer I am very upset by this decline in services! You have to delete and re upload SNB constantly and each time wait 2 days to use. The organization is confusing and too many glitches! Fix this mess or many people will move to other Banks your not the only Bank in the country!

I tried to open SNB in my two phones but SNB crached as soon as I open it
I can’t even access my account from online this app because I don’t even know where to find log in ... everything is a mess

This digital app is one of the worst applications for online banking. I keep getting a request to authenticate the device and it gives you less than 30 seconds to enter your last 4 digits of your debt card, people obviously need more time. Then it crashes all the time, making it hard to add a new beneficiary.

Monthly financial statements doesn’t work. Loyalty program and points weren’t added to SNB ! Credit card’s remaining credit no longer appears.

Al-Ahli bank was great, it was the greatest! Since their new management it went downhill in all aspects. services, clients management and now their phone app is bad, and getting worse by the day. The last straw for me is forcing users to turn off VPN’s to get access to our monetary life, you have to let go of A CYBERSECURITY SERVICE to use their app, who are you to decide what your users use? Recently using NCB feels like going to a government office in saudi arabia, not going to someone who holds your money, the amount of bureaucracy is unbelievable. I’m switching to another less crazy bank, already too much headache from the other governmental “services”.

There is no option in these versions or it doesn’t recognize my iPhone 14pro to add a credit card to my wallet
I have seen the option on my wife’s phone for her account but not mine

I used to have this in the old version a couple of years back

The OTP does not reach me when I try to log in to SNB while I’m abroad.
I have roaming service.
Other banks applications work just fine and I receive the OTP sent by them.
Meaning that the issue is not in the network nor connection.
I called the customer service number and they were not able to help. They say that all the features are active in my account, I just have to change the network or try again later.

The new version has quicker assess to account activity and balance, but harder navigation with the Sadad options. My information did not seem to transfer and registering my phone for Sawa credit is not going through.
SNB needs better integration with my data and previous profile.

Cannot put a “.” In the username for iphone 12.
My username has a dot in it and it does not print it in I type it. Hence I can’t access my account through SNB. Please fix it it has been months

SNB has 2.9% rating only because it has so many deficiencies. for three months. I have been calling the bank because I have to authenticate my mobile Every time I use SNB .
it is tedious and very hard
soon I will move to another bank.

Online banking is very easy and customer friendly. Phone banking on the other hand, is absolutely limited frustration. Not customer friendly at all. It look me 5 calls to get someone to help me. Still a lot of progress to made in the area of phone banking. Thank you
