Automation function does not work (iOS). I just want to switch the light on and off automatically at certain times and this does not work.

The original app was working fine for my outdoor post lights. It is very high and difficult to set up. Nonetheless, it WAS working fine. The new app is THE PROBLEM!! I have spent two hours trying to make this work. I will not be buying any more Phillips products.

The bulbs on wiz v2 are showing correct status, but in wiz app they are showing up as ‘this light is unavailable’. The same message is being displayed in google home. And I can’t control the lights through the google home app, but I can use voice commands to turn it on/off. Also the wiz app keeps crashing on the iPhone.

How to fix WiZ Connected app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the WiZ Connected app on iPhone
Update WiZ Connected app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall WiZ Connected iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix WiZ Connected on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve WiZ Connected network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

WiZ Connected Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix WiZ Connected not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the WiZ Connected App
1. On android, goto Settings » WiZ Connected » click [Force Stop]

Update WiZ Connected to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear WiZ Connected App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » WiZ Connected » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart WiZ Connected.

Fix WiZ Connected unable to contact server/ WiZ Connected internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click WiZ Connected » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto WiZ Connected » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch WiZ Connected
