I upgraded to the new Wiz app v2, My save schedules do not function in version 2. I have tried creating a new schedule/ event and that does not work either. When I initiate the create button I receive a text bubble the says, "Unknown issue occurred Something went wrong, please try again" If I try again the same thing happens over and over. Last night I tried chatting with support, that was useless. The support person disappeared from the conversation. I was asked to provide the home id and MAC, which I did. If I delete the v2 and reinstall the original app my schedules work. I was also asked to provide a screen shot of the problem I did and received no response for the service tech, not a thanks, or I received it, nada.

Just another worthless app. Never managed to connect it to the Philips bulb. How much has the brand fallen from grace.
Previous app I managed to connect once or twice but that was it. Wasted money. Stay away from these bulbs and apps.

I had no problems with the old app and now all of a sudden I canโ€™t pair my lights in this app or the old one. Now Iโ€™m unable to use my lights with the app since they wonโ€™t pair.

I have a number of WIZ lights and I think it was a mistake to purchase them because the app to support the lights is among the worst Iโ€™ve ever seen.
