App constantly freezes on i0S 16.3.1. Shows light as unavailable even though I can see it’s on, and Wifi working great on everything else. PLEASE FIX YOUR APP!

I am having trouble setting up the new app V2 on my iphone. It is asking to generate codes and passwords and the then the new app just does not accept them (I press join after inputting the relevant codes and nothing happens. I need help here this is a nightmare. Now my original app V1 is not working properly either This is a disastrous update/upgrade

My lights keep disconnecting from my Alexa, they say unresponsive. I just received a notification about migrating my data to the new app and when I tried to start the process the V1 app started crashing immediately after I downloaded the V2 app and now I am stuck I cannot do anything

Since I use the new app allmost every second week I get thrown out and than there is only a screen that forces me to make a new home. I'm getting very tired of that. I can't recommend Wiz anymore to my friends, I think new users should be warned for this problem. The lamps cost me a lot of money, I would like to get my money back now. Philip

I already had a home and several lights entered from different rooms and Wiz restarted by itself afterwards and lost everything I had added. VERY Frustrating!!

How to fix WiZ App app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the WiZ App app on iPhone
Update WiZ App app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall WiZ App iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix WiZ App on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve WiZ App network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

WiZ App Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix WiZ App not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the WiZ App App
1. On android, goto Settings » WiZ App » click [Force Stop]

Update WiZ App to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear WiZ App App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » WiZ App » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart WiZ App.

Fix WiZ App unable to contact server/ WiZ App internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click WiZ App » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto WiZ App » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch WiZ App
