Fast set up
Note the QR on the box is different than the one on the booster ( that one is the boosters serial number info ) . I was avoiding setting this up. I downloaded this app and it was annoying to log in . I decided to update my password ( I used the same password ) that worked . Once I logged in the instructions were there and took me step by step through the process of set up. Plenty of time and pics . No disrupted signal . I don’t know how else I will use this app yet but so far my device is verified set up and in the process of being registered.

Too little info
The problem with the app and cell booster is that it provides almost zero information on the setup process. It does not tell you that you will receive an email to confirm you are registered. It does not tell you that it will take another hour or so for the booster to be activated and that you will receive a text to tell you that. Of course if you need a booster and AT&T communicate by text that’s kinda stupid. If you can receive that text, you don’t need the booster. Not clear if you must plug in the gps arial. Just unplugged mine now that I have got the system operating as I do not want an arial chord dragging across the living room towards the closest system. Still seems to be functional. Yes I did talk to AT&T tech service. They were semi helpful and barely spoke English. Lots of indicator lights on the booster but nowhere does it tell you what is a “good” light and what is a problem and what action to take. Disappointed in AT&T.

No cell booster info.
While registering the new cell booster the app showed useful data. Number of lights on, blinking lights, connected , etc. Once it was registered the app dropped all the useful info. Now It only shows my address. That’s it. No useful info on the booster. It’s working- I can see the increased signal strength. But the app is useless. I even deleted and readded it. Nope. No data.
