To resolve AT&T Cell Booster network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the AT&T Cell Booster App
1. On android, goto Settings » AT&T Cell Booster » click [Force Stop]

Clear AT&T Cell Booster App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » AT&T Cell Booster » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart AT&T Cell Booster.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click AT&T Cell Booster » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto AT&T Cell Booster » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch AT&T Cell Booster
